Default reminder sequence - 3 days before due date: Friendly payment heads-up - On due date: Payment reminder with amount and details - 3 days after due date (if unpaid): Overdue reminder - 7 days after due date (if unpaid): Follow-up

Requirements - Tenant must have a valid phone number saved in their profile - WhatsApp notifications must be enabled for your property (check Settings)

Customising templates Go to Settings → WhatsApp Templates to edit message content. Templates support placeholders: [Name], [Amount], [DueDate], [PropertyName].
