Step 1: Go to Payments Click "Payments" in the sidebar. Click "Add Payment."
Step 2: Select the tenant and enter details - Select the tenant (type their name to search) - Select the month/period the payment covers - Enter the amount received - Select payment mode (UPI, bank transfer, cash, cheque) - Enter payment date - Optional: add a note or reference number
Step 3: Save Click "Save." The payment is recorded, and the tenant's outstanding dues are updated automatically.
Receipt generation A payment receipt is generated automatically and sent to the tenant via WhatsApp (if enabled). You can also download the receipt manually from the payment record.
