Many tenants pay via UPI and send a screenshot as confirmation. Homly handles this with an AI-assisted verification flow.
How it works 1. The tenant sends their payment screenshot to your linked WhatsApp number. 2. Homly's AI detects it as a payment screenshot and routes it to your verification queue. 3. Go to Payments → Pending Screenshots to review. 4. You see the screenshot, the tenant it is from, and the detected amount. 5. Click "Verify and Record" to log the payment — or "Reject" with a note if it does not match.
When to use manual entry instead If a tenant pays directly via bank transfer (no screenshot), use the standard "Record Payment" flow instead.
