How tenants submit maintenance requests

Tenants can submit maintenance requests via their Homly portal.
For the tenant 1. Log in to the Homly tenant portal (link sent at onboarding). 2. Click "Maintenance" → "New Request." 3. Describe the issue, select a category (plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry, other). 4. Optionally attach a photo. 5. Submit.
For you (the landlord) 1. You receive a notification of the new request. 2. Open it in the Maintenance dashboard. 3. Add a note, assign to a vendor, and update the status. 4. The tenant sees status updates in their portal.
Does the tenant need an account? The tenant portal is accessed via a link — no password required. They authenticate via OTP on their phone number.
