The onboarding flow
- Add the tenant with their name and phone number.

Mid-month move-ins
Tenants rarely arrive on the 1st. Homly handles pro-rated joining months, so the first bill reflects the actual days stayed, and the regular cycle starts from the next month.
What the tenant experiences
Nothing to install. They receive WhatsApp reminders automatically, and a web link where they can see their dues, download receipts and raise maintenance requests. Parents or guardians asking for proof of payment can be sent the receipt link directly.
When they leave
The exit flow settles everything in one pass: final dues, deposit deductions with reasons, and the refund amount — with a full paper trail you can share with the tenant.
