Step 1: Go to Properties Click on "Properties" in the left sidebar. Click "Add Property" in the top right.

Step 2: Fill in property details - Property name (e.g., "DLF Phase 2 Building") - Full address, city, state, and pin code - Property type: Residential, PG/Hostel, or Commercial - Total number of rooms (you will add rooms individually after)

Step 3: Save Click "Save Property." Your property is now created. Next step: add rooms.

What comes next After saving, you will see options to add rooms and configure property settings (electricity billing, Smart Access, etc.).
