Step 1: Go to Tenants Click "Tenants" in the sidebar. Click "Add Tenant."

Step 2: Fill in tenant details - Full name - Phone number (this is used for WhatsApp reminders) - Email address - Assign to a property and room - Monthly rent amount - Lease start and end dates - Security deposit amount

Step 3: Save Once saved, Homly creates the tenant record, sets up the payment schedule, and queues WhatsApp reminders automatically.

What the tenant receives If you have WhatsApp notifications enabled, the tenant receives a welcome message at their registered number. No app download needed on their side.
