Meal slots define the meals you serve — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or anything else.

Step 1: Go to Food & Meals → Meal Slots Click "Add Meal Slot."

Step 2: Fill in details - Name: e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Evening Snack - Code: short identifier, e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner (lowercase, no spaces) - Serve start / end time: the window when the meal is served - RSVP cutoff: how many minutes before serve time the RSVP window closes (default: 120 minutes) - Sort order: controls the display order (1 = first)

Step 3: Save Repeat for each meal you serve.

Meal slots are used in the weekly menu template and in billing plans.
