PG chalane ka sabse thaka dene wala kaam kiraya maangna hai. Tenant bura nahi hota — bas rent uski priority list mein neeche hota hai. Aapka kaam use upar lana hai, aur woh roz ke phone calls se nahi hota.

Pehli baat: tagada system ka kaam hai, aapka nahi

Jab reminder aap bhejte ho, woh personal lagta hai — dono taraf awkward. Jab reminder system bhejta hai, fixed date pe, har mahine, toh woh bill lagta hai. Aur bill log time pe bharte hain.
