PG ka hisab-kitab kaise rakhein: register aur Excel se aage ki baat
Rent ka register, bijli ka alag copy, WhatsApp pe payment screenshots — mahine ke end mein sab milana ek full-time kaam ban jaata hai. Ek practical guide, Hinglish mein, ki PG ka hisab kaise systematic banayein.

Har PG owner ki story same hai: ek register rent ka, ek copy bijli ki, mess ka alag notebook, aur WhatsApp pe 40 tenants ke payment screenshots. Mahine ki 5 taarikh tak sab theek lagta hai — 25 ke baad pata hi nahi chalta kisne diya, kisne nahi diya, aur kitna baaki hai.

Sabse pehle: har tenant ka apna ledger
Sabse badi galti hai poore PG ka ek hi hisab rakhna. Hisab hamesha per-tenant hona chahiye:
- Kis tenant ka rent kitna hai, due date kya hai
- Kitna aaya, kab aaya, kaise aaya (UPI/cash)
- Bijli ka share, khaane ka bill, koi aur charge
- Advance ya partial payment ka balance
Jab har tenant ka apna page (ya apni row) hoti hai, tab "bhaiya maine toh de diya tha" wali behas khatam ho jaati hai — aap date aur amount ke saath jawab de sakte ho.
Bijli ka hisab: reading likho, calculation mat karo
Shared meter ka bill haath se baantna har mahine ki ladai hai. Simple rule:
- Har mahine fixed date pe meter reading likho (jaise 28 taarikh).
- Pichhli reading se consumption nikaalo.
- Har tenant ka share unke room/bed ke hisaab se calculate karo — aur tenant ko breakdown dikhaao.
Jab tenant ko apna consumption aur calculation dikhta hai, dispute apne aap khatam ho jaata hai. Homly mein aap sirf reading enter karte ho — per-tenant share, itemised bill, sab automatic.
UPI screenshots: proof toh hai, record nahi
Aaj kal 90% rent UPI se aata hai, aur proof ke naam pe milta hai ek screenshot. Problem yeh hai ki screenshot chat mein proof hai, register mein entry nahi — entry aapko khud karni padti hai, aur wahi reh jaati hai.

- Parents ko proof chahiye? Link bhej do.
- Tenant exit pe deposit ka hisab? Ledger khol do.
- Saal ke end mein income ka total? Report nikal lo.
Mahine ka routine: 15 minute, har hafte
Systematic hisab ka matlab roz ka kaam nahi hai. Ek chhota routine kaafi hai:
- Har Somvaar: due list dekho — kaun paid, kaun pending, kaun overdue.

Register free hai, par har cheez manual hai aur kho bhi sakta hai. Excel better hai, par reminders nahi bhejta, screenshots nahi padhta, aur galti aapki formula mein hi milegi. App ka fayda tab hai jab wo aapke asli kaam automate kare — WhatsApp reminder, screenshot reading, bijli split, food billing.
